I woke up edgy, I didn’t feel right in my body, my low level anxiety was itching just under my skin.

 

I sat on the balcony outside and I meditated for my daily 30min during which I had a brief glimpse of the expansive merging that I feel when I can allow myself to let go into everything and nothing.

 

I did my daily NLP (NeuroLinguistic Programming) on myself and then my mindset journalling.
I felt a little more space in my body and mind and still I knew there was an underlying thought that was triggering this uneasiness in my body.

 

FEAR

 

I was in fear.

 

False Evidence Appearing Real.
Ok ok I thought to myself I can totally work on this fear and unravel it and then decide HOW I want to feel.
Down I sat at the table overlooking the rice paddies, my daily matcha steaming beside my journal inscribed with “stop wishing, start doing.”
I’m going to take you through the process I used on myself this morning to shift out of the contracted feelings of fear and “I can’t do this”
Read on below, grab your journal too, you are going to want to write these questions down.

Q. WHAT DO I WANT IN MY LIFE RIGHT NOW?

 

I wrote in block capitals at the top of the lined page, and then proceeded to write my list of desires
I have…
I create…
I feel…
I always write in present tense, it makes it feel more real.
Having written my desires, I then did a round of EFT tapping on each line of my desires, to you know, FEEL it even more.
Ok. Energetic shifts starting to happen.
Next.

 

Q. WHAT AM I FEARING RIGHT NOW?

 

 

Money was the first answer.
Sigh. That lead into a whole cascade of other fears…
Down the page I listed fear by fear.
Another round of EFT tapping on my fears.
Another energetic shift.
Next.
 

 

Q. IF I KNEW I WAS MAKING 25K A MONTH EVERY MONTH WHAT WOULD I DO?

 

 

Oh these answers were good. It showed me I wasn’t trusting myself or the universe that I could make that money every month, (no surprise that this was why the fear was there!)
I decided to feel into what trusting myself to make that amount of money would feel like, then NLP myself to anchor it into my subconscious.

Q. I CHOOSE TO FEEL RIGHT NOW…

 

 

This is always my favourite question to ask myself because I know that I can choose how I want to feel by simply writing about it and imagining those feelings.
I then also double up with NLP and EFT to create massive shifts internally that speed up manifestation (as manifestation is all about feeling anyway.)

I ended the morning feel lighter, knowing WHY I was uneasy and then allowing myself to not work the rest of the day.
And that my love was how I dove in deeper to my beliefs and fears.
