3 Things To Notice And Say To Yourself To Feel Sexy Every Day

All women want to feel sexy!

 

Yes even you.

You may be looking in the mirror seeing the eye-bags, greasy hair, mascara from yesterday, dry skin and just feeling really ‘meh’ about yourself.

Then you question “Can I really feel sexy even with ALL this?”

Yes you can.

 

SEXY IS A FEELING.

 

It doesn’t matter what’s going on externally. I’ve walked out of the bathroom with toilet paper on my shoe and STILL felt sexy.

Are you ready to OWN YOUR SEXY?

Here’s 4 things to notice about yourself to feel sexy every day.

 

1. Notice how your body is doing everything it can to keep you alive. Yes, you may have yesterday’s mascara running down your face and your hair hasn’t seen the shower in a few days…

 

Yet think about how beautifully your body is helping you in all the ways every day.

Can you spend the next five minutes in front of the mirror and go through these body parts and give a moment of gratitude?

Put your hands on your head, give thanks for your hair, your eyes, your mouth, your ears.

Put your hands on your breasts, give thanks for your tender feminine breasts.

Put your hands on your belly, give thanks for the beauty of the belly and all your internal organs allowing you to be you right here, right now.

Put your hands on your pelvic mound and give thanks to your creative life force.

Lastly hands on heart and give thanks for yourself for doing this 5 minute self appreciation exercise.

 

2. Say this to yourself on the daily

 

I am mother fucking _________ [insert your name]!

Say it loud, say it again. Say it proud.

“Of course I am sexy! I am mother fucking ______….”

Keep repeating this out loud for AT LEAST 2 minutes and feel the energy build up around your heart.

 

3. Only wear clothes that make you feel sexy. When you stand in front of your clothes ask yourself “what’s going to make me feel SEXY AF today?” Your intuition will tell you instantly. Wear that.

 

Put aside any clothes that don’t make you go ‘hot damn’ in the mirror in the mornings. Yes I also mean those granny panties you save for you period days. Or that old shirt from your teen years…Do they really make you feel sexy?

Wearing clothes that you feel good in makes you….surprise feel good!

Catch yourself out if you start thinking ‘I can’t wear that’…um why not? You can wear whatever makes you feel sexy!
