Now it’s up to you to choose at least ONE thing to do every day, remember consistency creates your desired outcome.

1. Put on your special racy lingerie just because.
2. Go to a Beyoncé inspired dance class.
3. Get a massage (yes it’s worth it).
4. Sleep naked.
5. Put on your favourite slow music and dance around with a glass of wine.
6. Read an erotic novel.
7. Lather on some body butter slowly.
8. Watch a romantic movie with girlfriends (or your bf!)
9. Buy yourself flowers and scented candles.
10. Put on your sexy dress on a normal day (why not?)
11. Put your phone away for two hours.
12. Smile more, oh and get your teeth whitened! It’ll make you smile more!
13. Get a new look, dye your hair or get a trim and blowout.
14. Go out dancing with the ladies.
