I’m here to tell you that you aren’t alone in your struggles. We have a shared humanity.

Existential psychology points to core fears that most people secretly carry.

If I show who I really am, I’ll be left
I won’t be chosen, I don’t belong
I’m not good enough, I’ll disappoint them
If I let go, I’ll get hurt
I’m either overwhelming or unworthy
Something is wrong with me

I’m here to say, we ALL go through version of these. You may have one or the other (or many).

The reason I host so many in-person events is because the more we hear, resonate and see others who are experiencing SIMILAR- the less alone we feel.

We are wired for connection. Being witnessed matters. We learn about ourselves relationally.

When we sit together, breathe together, share our truth and witness each other without judgment…We rewire what it means to be safe, seen and supported.

I’ve just come out of hosting my Inner Child Reparenting workshop. It’s BIG. It’s heavy and…it can help you feel freer in life.

There’s so much to say on this topic of how the past influences who you are now and in the future…and all I’ll say is that knowing how events in my childhood shaped my a. Thinking b. Coping mechanisms c. Self-belief has allowed me to have more conscious choice in who I want to be as an adult.

My past is still with me AND I can choose to be a king, loving, compassionate, curious and open adult. ESPECIALLY TOWARDS MYSELF.

If it’s one thing you learn from my inner child workshop I hope that it’s how to be kinder to yourself.

It’s an absolute delight to be able to lead and guide and BE with people who are interested to learn more about themselves and how they can be better humans.

I don’t take this work lightly.
I love you.

BTW triggers, patterns and self-sabotages are there because they want to be witnessed and they want to find resolution.

Oh and I don’t really believe in being “healed”. I believe we can integrate, learn and grow. Being “healed” implies there is something wrong with us that we need to fix. There isn’t. We can, however, always learn how to be better humans.
