I’ll be deep in my Msc Psychology studies, compiling all my previous coaching programs into more succinct and impactful versions.

Organising retreats (not my own but helping others with theirs!)

Settling into my new home.

Continuing my own inner work and personal development.

Getting back into pottery and my abstract painting.

Definitely more flower offerings 🌸🌺🌷

Coaching women back home to themselves.

That’s my plan and I’m open to see where it’s all going to go.

What a year 2024 has been. Phew. Tough. Challengi

What a year 2024 has been. Phew.

Tough. Challenging. Difficult.

And also filled with growth, lessons and clarity. Can’t have one without the other.

And I’m so ready to leave 2024 behind!

From living in Portugal and not enjoying it to moving back to Bali and kinda enjoying it? (Still figuring it out and I’m ok with that!).

If you’ve had a challenging 2024, I FEEL you. So much.

As the last days of 2024 come to an end, I’m reflecting on all the challenges, all the lessons and all the ways in which I can take radical responsibility for what happened.

I’m also listing out all my stories about myself that I see repeating that aren’t helping me (keeping me stuck). Examining the payoff of these stories and why I want to keep repeating them (I don’t but some part of me does hence they stick around).

It’s something I learnt from Landmark, they call it “rackets” (google it if you are interested to find out more). Absolutely fascinating the things we tell ourselves and how we cling onto them because we are “getting” something out of them.

So here’s to 2025 and letting 2024 be in the past without creating any meaning (stories) about what happened.

2025 my word is transformation (growth + expansion as my tagline).
