THE USER MEMBER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT, BY USING OR PAYING FOR ANY CONTENT FROM NORA WENDEL, THE USER MEMBER SHALL BE BOUND BY AND COMPLY WITH ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, AND THAT THIS AGREEMENT APPLIES TO ANY CONTENT THAT THE USER MEMBER DOWNLOADS.

You may:

• Make other works from
• Use personally
• Use commercially
• Advertise yourself or your business
• Change, modify, add text, use filters and crop the content
• Use online or in print

As long as you don’t claim the image as your own or sell the images in part or standalone as part of an opt-in, download, package, course or retail product.

You may not:

• Claim the content as your own
• Repackage and sell the content in any form
• Use the content as a main part of your freebie opt-in
• May not distribute the content to any other person digitally or in print
• Use the content in a manner that is slanderous, offensive, defamatory, racist or obscene (including pornographic).
• Use the content in a trademark, business name, design mark or logo
• Transfer content to your client even if content has been modified (your client will need to purchase the content themselves)

Model and property release forms have been collected and signed for the majority of content on this site if;

• The model/person is easily recognizable in the photograph
• The property is easily identifiable in the photography

Purchasing from this site required membership. Your membership details are protected by a password selected by you. It is suggested to use a combination of alpha numeric password with at least one symbol. Please log out of your account once you have finished using this site.

Access to your membership details will only be granted to Nora or employees of Nora Wendel should the need arise in terms of a customer service request.
